The only catch: persuading a doctor to relocate there. Germán, the island’s leader, rallies the locals to “win over” the city doctor, Mateo, who will be taken aback to discover that, coincidentally, his beloved American football is the local sport and his favorite Indian cuisine dish is a Santa María classic.
