Gema's alarming melancholy brings her three children together on the eve of an unusually cold Christmas in Guadalajara. After years of treating each other as strangers, the dusty family archive will make them relive the family's most painful memory. During this spontaneous and cathartic weekend, the ties that the family thought they had lost will be restored.
